How do I install the Chrome extension?
Visit /install for the full walkthrough — download, load unpacked, sign in, then use it on Google Maps.
What happens when I run out of searches?
Free accounts cap at 30 scrapes per day; the limit resets every day at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Starter or higher to remove it.
Can I export my saved leads?
Yes — every plan can export to CSV. Starter and above also unlock Google Sheets export. Agency users can sync leads to the dashboard for cross-device access.
How accurate is the contact information?
We extract data directly from Google Maps in real-time, so you get the most up-to-date public information at the moment you scan. Phone numbers and websites are exactly what Google shows.
I upgraded my plan but the extension still says Free.
The extension refreshes its cached subscription state every 30 minutes. To force an immediate refresh, open the popup, sign out, and sign back in.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, go to Billing, and click 'Manage subscription' — you'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can downgrade, change card, or cancel.
