By accessing or using MapsLeadEngine ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MapsLeadEngine provides AI-powered lead generation tools for marketing agencies, including Google Maps scraping, lead scoring, contact enrichment, and outreach automation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per user; sharing accounts is not permitted
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and anti-spam regulations
Use scraped data responsibly and ethically
Not abuse the platform (excessive API calls, automated bulk operations beyond your plan limits)
Not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Pricing and Payments

Starter plan: €9.95/month
Payments processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase
Existing free users are grandfathered on their current plan

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MapsLeadEngine and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MapsLeadEngine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
